The AHCCCS drug list names Trulicity, Victoza, and liraglutide among its diabetes agents. The semaglutide and tirzepatide products — Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound — do not appear on it. The list does say that federally reimbursable drugs not listed may be available through prior authorization, so a diabetes prescription is worth asking about rather than assuming.
