You may use the public directory and learning materials for lawful personal research and ordinary business evaluation. The service organizes third-party information; it does not provide medical care, prescribe medication, guarantee provider quality, or determine whether treatment is appropriate for you.

Verification, rankings, reviews, and paid-placement labels have the meanings stated in our verification guide, methodology, and affiliate disclosure. You remain responsible for independently evaluating a clinic, clinician, pharmacy, medication, or program.

Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

A clinic claim must be submitted only by an owner, employee, clinician, or authorized representative with a legitimate relationship to that business. We may request work-domain verification, authorization from a clinic contact, professional credentials, or other evidence before granting control.

Approval of a claim grants permission to manage the applicable listing within available tools. It does not transfer ownership of third-party trademarks, create verification status, or prevent us from correcting or moderating the public record.

You are responsible for content you submit and must have the right to submit it. Reviews must reflect a genuine personal experience, and listing edits must be accurate and relevant to the clinic identified.

You retain ownership of your original submission. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, edit for clarity or safety, display, distribute, and moderate that submission as needed to operate and promote the service.

We may verify, reject, edit, de-identify, limit, or remove submissions that are inaccurate, deceptive, abusive, irrelevant, unlawful, infringing, promotional, privacy-invasive, or inconsistent with our moderation standards. We do not promise to publish every submission.

Clinic billing may include a recurring Featured membership and separately purchased metro or state sponsorships. A sponsorship is an advertising add-on and does not replace the Featured membership. The checkout page controls the current price, billing interval, selected market, included features, trial or promotional terms, and renewal details.

You authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method according to the purchase terms. Manage or cancel an eligible subscription through the clinic workspace or the payment-management option we provide. Amounts already charged are nonrefundable except where the purchase terms or applicable law require otherwise.

Paid placement affects labeled visibility only. It does not guarantee traffic, leads, patients, revenue, ranking outcomes, verification, or a favorable editorial conclusion.

Listings and outbound links may lead to independent clinics, pharmacies, online providers, licensing authorities, payment services, or other websites. We do not control their services, availability, medical decisions, pricing, security, content, or privacy practices.

Your interactions and transactions with a third party are between you and that third party. A listing, link, verification badge, review, ranking, sponsorship, or affiliate relationship is not a warranty or guarantee.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue part of the service, and may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, address legal risk, or maintain operations.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent they may lawfully be disclaimed, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for medical decisions, third-party services, lost data, lost profits, or loss of goodwill arising from use of the service. Legal rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The revised terms take effect when posted unless a later date is stated. We will provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
