Your information

Privacy, in direct language.

This policy explains what GLP-1 Clinics Nearby receives when you use the directory, create an account, write a review, claim a listing, contact us, or ask a clinic to contact you.

Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to GLP-1 Clinics Nearby and the website, accounts, clinic-owner tools, review system, lead forms, and support channels we operate. The site is operated by RUPE ENTERPRISES LLC dba Savo Group.

Independent clinics, online providers, pharmacies, payment providers, and websites linked from the directory have their own privacy practices. Review those policies before giving a third party your information.

Information we collect

Accounts

Your name, email address, authentication information, account type, profile settings, and activity connected to your account.

Clinic claims and listing management

Your relationship to a clinic, work contact information, domain-verification details, ownership evidence, uploaded credential documents, listing edits, lead-delivery settings, and review status.

Reviews

Your account email, rating, review text, anonymity choice, verification state, moderation history, and the clinic or program reviewed. If you choose to upload patient evidence, we also collect the private document and its moderation decision. Account emails and evidence files are used for verification and moderation and are not displayed with a published review; approved evidence may add a “Verified patient” badge.

Clinic contact requests

Your name, email, optional phone number, ZIP code, selected clinic, message, consent record, and delivery status when you ask a listed clinic to contact you.

Support and payments

Information in messages you send us, plus subscription, customer, billing-status, and transaction identifiers associated with clinic plans. Payment-card information is collected and processed by our payment provider rather than stored directly in our application database.

Technical information

Our hosting, authentication, security, and service providers may receive routine technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, timestamps, requested pages, and diagnostic events when they operate the site.

How we use information

  • Operate accounts and keep personal and clinic workspaces separate.
  • Verify emails, moderate reviews, evaluate clinic claims, and prevent impersonation or abuse.
  • Publish approved review content and clinic information that is intended to be public.
  • Deliver a contact request to the specific clinic you selected and record its delivery status.
  • Provide support, send account or service messages, and respond to legal or privacy requests.
  • Manage clinic subscriptions, sponsored placement, and related billing activity.
  • Protect the service, diagnose errors, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

When information is shared

With the clinic you choose. When you submit a clinic contact request, we send the request details to that clinic or its designated contact. The clinic then handles the information under its own privacy practices.

With service providers. Vendors may process limited information for hosting, database services, authentication, file storage, email delivery, payment processing, security, diagnostics, and other services performed for us.

For legal and safety reasons. We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or secure the service.

During a business transaction. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell medical records or the health-related details a person places in a clinic contact request.

Health-related information

A clinic contact request may reveal that you are researching GLP-1 or weight-management care. We use that request to deliver it to the clinic you selected and to operate, secure, and document the delivery service. Contact the clinic directly if you need to exchange medical information securely.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain accurate records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, meet contractual requirements, and comply with law. Retention periods differ by record type and may continue after an account closes when a legitimate need remains.

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed for the nature of the information we maintain and limit access based on operational need. No online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy rights

You can update available account and clinic settings from your workspace. You can also contact us to ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with you. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law or a legitimate operational need allows.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or certain disclosures. We will respond to a valid request as required by the law that applies.

Transactional messages needed to operate an account, verify a submission, deliver a requested service, or communicate a policy or security change are not marketing messages.

Children and policy updates

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information.

We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. We will publish the revised policy here and change the effective date. If a change materially affects how we handle information, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
